Got a custom sign as a gift for my in-laws. I was very specific about what I wanted, and the shop owners were very detail-oriented, so it worked out great. Watched my in-laws unwrap it on video and the shop owners even wrapped it in Christmas paper inside the packaging because I mentioned it was a Christmas present! The signs looked just like I wanted and the packaging was sturdy with no damage. I highly recommend.
