You can receive it by mail too. Choose receive it by mail option, and you'll get printed it in the Christmas card with your wish (write it under: Personalization)

Payment is due at the time of your purchase. Due to the custom nature of most items, cancellation of an item must be made within 48 hours of your purchase.
All major credit cards are accepted through Etsy's Direct Checkout, as well as Paypal and Etsy gift cards.
Any coupon code must be used at the time of your purchase.
DOMESTIC CUSTOMER SHIPPING:
Items ship via USPS or UPS with a tracking number to U.S. and APO addresses.
Shipping time varies by location. Most items arrive in 2-5 business days once shipped. If you would like an upgraded shipping priority, please contact us prior to purchase.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SHIPPING:
Please contact us before ordering!!!! Please include your phone number on your order as the shippers are requiring us to add it on the forms.
"EVERYWHERE" shipping is only an estimate. You may receive an additional invoice when the item is ready to ship that reflects the difference. The shipping charge you pay for with your order is deducted from the actual cost and is not the VAT tax, customs fees, and /or duties in your country
Depending on your country, customs charges, fees or taxes may be due when you receive your package. These charges are your responsibility and are decided by the receiving country. They are NOT included in the price of shipping. We mark all orders as "merchandise" and by law must disclose the retail value of your order on the package. Please don't ask us to break the law and mark your item as a "gift" or lower the value so that you can avoid paying duty on your package.
Please keep in mind that even though we do our best to ship promptly and pack items carefully, the items become the responsibility of the US Post Office or FedEx once we drop them off. Transit times and damage after the items have left our studio is the responsibility of the shipping company, we will file a claim for damages so keeping the damaged packaging and taking photos of the box and sign is important.

Our products are all handmade by us, one at a time and every piece is unique and made to order. Here is our basic criteria for granting a refund or exchange:
We will refund or exchange an item if:
- the item arrived broken or damaged beyond simple repair
- the item is lost in transit or never arrived
- the item arrived in the wrong color, size, etc.
We do not refund Custom Orders because they are not resalable. A Custom Order is an item that has unique features that only you requested. It is the buyers responsibility to fully check the proof for any errors (spelling, date). We are unable to accept responsibility for any errors after a proof has been approved for production.

Buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery regarding an issue with the sign.
There is no delivery guarantee for purchases needed prior to the estimated delivery date. Please contact us regarding a rush order for items needed before the 3-5 week lead time.

The wood varies in color, grain, holes, and natural knots/cracks. Requests for specific wood grain/tone/character can not be accommodated.
Current Production Time: 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS before shipping. Larger signs or combined orders can take 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS in shipping. Up to 3 weeks for custom orders.
